  • White Phase Package ($4,500 – $6,000):
    • Analysis of up to 20 data sources or metrics, with more detailed recommendations.
    • Enhanced visual reporting (e.g., charts, trend analysis visuals).
    • Two live presentation sessions, with tailored walkthroughs for different teams.
    • Short-term follow-up support for clarifying recommendations.
  • Blue Phase Package ($6,000 – $8,000):
    • Full customization, including in-depth analysis of up to 30 data sources or metrics.
    • Advanced visuals (e.g., interactive dashboards, detailed comparison charts).
    • Multiple live sessions, with in-depth workshops for specific departments.
    • Extended support for up to three months, including follow-up consultations to review implementation progress.
