We provide ongoing grant writing support, research, and consultation over a set period of time to ensure continuous access to relevant funding opportunities and help with multiple grant applications.

Retainer Options

  1. Monthly Retainer: $1,500 – $3,000/month
    • Ongoing grant research to identify new opportunities (1-3 per month).
    • Writing and revising 1 grant proposal per month.
    • Unlimited email consultation for grant-related questions.
    • Regular check-ins (bi-weekly or monthly calls) to discuss progress, needs, and strategy.
    • Additional grants can be written for $1,000 – $1,500 per additional grant.
  2. Quarterly Retainer: $4,000 – $7,500 per quarter (3 months)
    • Comprehensive grant research to identify 3-5 relevant opportunities per quarter.
    • Writing and revising up to 2-3 grant proposals per quarter.
    • Strategic planning for upcoming grant cycles and aligning grant applications with organizational goals.
    • Regular check-ins (monthly or as needed) and ongoing email support.
    • Additional grants during the quarter can be written for $1,000 – $1,500 per additional grant.
  3. Annual Retainer: $15,000 – $25,000/year
    • Comprehensive grant research and tracking of all relevant opportunities throughout the year (up to 10 grants identified per year).
    • Writing and revising up to 5-6 grant proposals per year.
    • Strategic consultation and planning for long-term grant acquisition strategies.
    • Monthly check-ins and ongoing email/phone support.
    • Additional grants can be written for $1,000 – $1,500 per additional grant.
